About Us
It was my dream
to have my own
little
restaurant a
couple of years
ago when I was
studying
University in
UK. That was the
time when I
started to fall
in love with
food and
cooking. It was
like drug which
you cannot let
go once you get
addicted to it.
Despite without
any professional
experiences in
cookery, I am
fortunate to
learn a few
tricks through
some really good
quality
cookbooks.
Thanks to my
friends and
families giving
me opportunities
to test out
recipes and made
me believing
that I can be a
decent chef.
It was always
gonna be tough
when we first
opened Paul’s
Kitchen in
August 2007 with
our lack of
experience
background.
Luckily we
worked
tremendously
hard along with
my beloved staff
to ensure the
quality of food
and service to
be as consistent
as possible.
The Wine Bar by
Paul’s Kitchen
is launched in
May 2009 which
provides us an
exciting
opportunity to
broaden our
market segment
into the wine
industry. We
want to give our
patrons a
relaxing and
cosy environment
to enjoy our
food and wine.
In July 2011 saw
the launch of
our 3rd
project, Gourmet
Deli by Paul’s
Kitchen.
We aim at
offering our
customers a good
selection of the
finest quality
of products
which our
restaurant have
been using. I
would like to
encourage more
and more people
cook at home by
providing some
simple &
easy-to-learn
recipes with our
products.
We are testing
this idea
through our
website
(online-ordering)
at this
moment and
hopefully we can
set-up a store
in the near
future.
Paul’s Kitchen
and the Wine Bar
has merged and
moved to new
site
on Gough Street
at the end of
2011. The brand
new Paul’s
Kitchen is
a two-storey
restaurant with
maximum capacity
of 45 people. It
is an
exciting
challenge to our
team to enhance
our menu in
order to cater
more patrons in
the future.
Under the
current
difficult
financial
circumstances,
our team is
working very
hard to maintain
the level we
have set. We are
looking
forward to
serving you all
here.
