Who are we ? |

Gourmet Deli is a subsidiary of Paul’s Kitchen. We aim at offering our customers a good selection of the finest quality of products which our restaurant have been using. |

Why are we here ? |

We understand there are various stores in Hong Kong dominated by chained-company which sells similar products rather expensively. There is a lack of supply for a more homey-style Deli who target small families. |

Our Philosophy |

Our philosophy is to encourage more and
more people to cook at home by providing
easy and straight-forward recipe
specially designed by Chef Paul. Since Chef Paul never had proper culinary training before setting-up Paul’s Kitchen. We believe everyone can be a decent chef if you have the passion and love for cooking as long as you not afraid of trying and put in lots of hard work. |

Personal Touch |

There will be some cooking tips, food-matching and wine-pairing suggestions available. Chef Paul would like to provide a more personal advice to those who have problems when cooking and also open for questions and discussions either by phone or e-mail. We promise our customers that we will take every order with care and be as flexible as possible. |
